Thursdays

Pick Up Food from Costco (Dedham) – 10AM–12PM
Pick up rescued food. Must be able to lift 40 lb boxes.

Any Day

Participate in fundraising efforts
Seeking people with experience developing fundraising strategies, including donor acquisition and grant writing.

Waitlist Opportunities

Tuesdays

Assemble Shelf-Stable Boxes – 8AM–10AM
Pack shelf-stable food items into boxes.

Pick Up Food from Costco (Dedham) – 9AM–12PM
Pick up rescued food. Must be able to lift 40 lb boxes.

Wednesdays

Online Order Assembly – 10AM–12PM
1) Help pack online orders. Boxes weigh ~20 lbs.

2) Help load the van, drive van to Union Congregational Church, help unload, and return van. Boxes weigh ~20 lbs.

3) Greet clients and load their cars with their online order (2PM-3PM)

Assemble Dairy & Produce Bags – 11AM–1PM
Pack grocery items into bags and load onto racks.

Pick Up Food from Stop & Shop (Walpole) – 11:45AM–1PM
Drive the pantry van and pick up 10–20 boxes of food. Lift up to 40 lbs.

Distribute Food – 1:30PM–3:30PM
Load client cars with bags and boxes at outdoor distribution.

Thursdays

Home Deliveries – 11AM–12PM
Use your own car to deliver food to 5–10 households in Walpole.

Fridays (1st & 3rd of each month)

Online Order Prep – 7:30AM–9AM
Set up inventory for Senior Housing deliveries. Lift up to 40 lbs.

Online Order Assembly – 9AM–10AM
Pack boxes and bags for online orders (~20 lbs each).

Online Order Distribution – 9:30AM–11AM
Deliver to Walpole Senior Housing sites and return van. (~20 lb boxes)

Saturdays

Online Order Assembly – 8AM–10AM
Pack boxes and bags for online orders. (~20 lbs each)

Pick Up Food from Wegmans (Westwood) – 9AM–11AM
Pick up and load rescued food. Must be able to lift 50 lb boxes.
