Stamp Out Hunger: Carriers Deliver for Neighbors in Need

The Walpole Community Food Pantry extends a heartfelt thank you to the letter carriers of Walpole and East Walpole USPS for their outstanding efforts during the National Association of Letter Carriers’ Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive this past Saturday.

Each year, this nationwide initiative brings together postal workers and communities to help fight hunger and, once again, Walpole showed up in a big way.

Thanks to the dedication of local letter carriers and the generosity of our residents, the Pantry received four full racks of food donations. Every single item collected will go directly to neighbors in need throughout our community.

This effort represents the very best of what happens when a community comes together. From the carriers who collected and delivered the donations, to the households that thoughtfully left bags out on their porches, every contribution played a role in making this drive a success.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who participated. Your support helps ensure that local families have access to the food and resources they need, and it reinforces the strength and compassion of our community network.

To everyone who left a bag out on Saturday, thank you. Your kindness makes a real and immediate difference.

This is what community looks like. 🧡
